At Archivvd we are looking to preserve history and cultural heritage through modern technology.

We use advanced 3D scanning to create detailed, interactive digital replicas of historic buildings—making them accessible to anyone, anywhere, long after their physical forms may have changed. Our goal is to keep history alive, one building at a time.

Our Story

Harper Grooms (Director/ Founder)

I've had the opportunity to experience architecture throughout my life through my dad and his projects. I've developed a deep appreciation for historic architecture, as it offers valuable insight into the culture and lives of people in the past. However, preserving these buildings can be incredibly challenging. I believe that creating digital replicas is the best way to preserve them forever.

Vivian Miner (Project Manager/ Founder)

As a high school student, my family has a large architectural background, leading me to be interested and immersed in modern and historic architecture. That background inspired a curiosity with the past and a drive to explore how we can protect and share it. I see this nonprofit as a way to grow my understanding of history and culture that is preserved in local architecture.

Why it Matters

We are passionate about the stories that historic buildings hold and believe they deserve to be kept past their structural time frame. The experiences of previous generations are reflected in these buildings, offering a window into the lives and stories of the past. Architecture is more than just brick and mortar—it's a reflection of our culture, heritage, and past accomplishments. We're here to make sure those stories continue to inspire and educate for generations to come.
